Over the years, I've sent out 100s of Bach Flower Remedies to people across the globe and while I do this free of charge, I want to know that my purchase is going to reach the destination, no matter where it is.
People invariably ask me where can they get the remedies. I tell them I order mine online from the United Kingdom.
Since 1996, I've been either mailing them out myself, or looking for a place online that was both reasonably priced and reliable. If I was going to recommend a place, I wanted to make sure people didn't end up getting ripped off.
Eventually, I came across Skylark Books.
They carry the healingherbs range (which I consider to be high quality).
They also carry the official Bach Flower Remedy label brand, for those who are purists.
They have a friendly online ordering system that allows credit card payments or PayPal.
They still carry the 10ml bottles in the healingherbs range or in the original label (but only in a complete set.) For me, the 10ml bottles are the right size, and I prefer them to the larger bottles.
They are very responsive to e-mail queries.
The transit time is very good.
Of the 100s of remedies I've had them send on my behalf over the past few years, not one has gotten lost.
Having no negative experiences with Skylark Books, and being more than happy with their products and service, I recommend buying these remedies online for anyone who wants to know where to buy them.
Review on Bach Flower Remedy set purchased from Skylark Books. - 2005
The parcel was ordered from the U.K. and sent to Australia. It arrived in less than 5 days. It was well packed and all items were safe and completely intact.
The remedies came in two sealed cardboard boxes, however, the remedies themselves weren't sealed. This might be a concern for those who have had negative experiences with unsealed items.
Individual ones I ordered happened to all be individually sealed.
The best before date is 2015, giving a good ten years life and no doubt beyond that.
An organic brandy is used as a preservative.
The wooden box is nicely finished on the outside, however, it's a little rough on the inside. I was hoping for some kind of flower remedy logo to be embossed on the lid but it's just plain. Also, the inside of the lid has just a loose piece of paper with all the names of the remedies on it. However, there is the advantage that this can easily be photocopied onto a nice piece of cardboard and replaced as needed.
I took one of the remedies, olive, as I was feeling completely exhausted and found it was extremely strong. In my experience, the stronger the tingling, the more you need the remedy and these ones tingle to the point of almost being painful. I consider this a measure of their potency.
Using them was the real test and I found they worked as well, or possibly better than the label brand.
Proceed with confidence.
